What happens on shoot day

    Text the address, the square footage and the package. You usually hear back within a few hours with a time.

  2. Shoot

    I photograph the interior and exterior in HDR, and fly the drone when the package includes it.

  3. Edit

    Editing and color correction done by hand, by the person who took the photos.

  4. Deliver

    MLS-ready and web-optimized photos plus the marketing kit, in your inbox the next day. A filmed Signature video follows within 2 to 3 days.

How much does real estate photography cost in Broward County?

Photo-only listing shoots in South Florida run from a little over $100 to a few hundred dollars, and full launch packages with filmed video run well past $1,000. Mine starts at $175 for HDR photos of a home up to 2,500 sq ft and tops out at $700 for Signature, which includes a filmed property video. The pricing page has the exact number for your square footage.

How long does a real estate photo shoot take?

About an hour for photos of a standard home, about two hours with video. Large properties take longer, and twilight needs a separate window around sunset, at $175 for photos or $250 for the video add-on.

How should I prepare the home for photos?

Clear the counters, hide the trash cans and cords, open every blind, replace dead bulbs, tidy the pool and move cars off the driveway. I move small things while I shoot, but I do not clean or stage. None of it is required, it just means I spend the hour photographing instead of tidying.

Do you shoot drone photos?

Yes. The Aerial package adds professional drone photography, aerial property views and community aerials when the location calls for it. Complete and Signature include it.

How fast is delivery?

Photos, drone photos and the 3D tour come back the next day on every package. The filmed video in the Signature package takes 2 to 3 days, so you can get the listing live with the photos while the video is in the edit.
