Signature is not on the step table. A filmed video on a 6,000 sq ft estate is a different day of work than one on a 2,000 sq ft ranch, so Signature on a larger property is quoted on size and complexity.
These prices are the same everywhere I shoot, so a Fort Lauderdale listing shoot costs what a Margate one costs.

Yacht photography and video is priced per foot: $12 a foot for photography, $12 a foot for cinematic video, $450 minimum.
These three packages are for South Florida business owners rather than agents: vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts, made in batches so you are not booking a shoot every week.

Photo-only listing shoots in South Florida run from a little over $100 to a few hundred dollars, and full launch packages with filmed video run well past $1,000. Mine starts at $175 for HDR photos of a home up to 2,500 sq ft and tops out at $700 for Signature, which includes a filmed property video. The table above has the exact number for your square footage.
Usually the listing agent does. Listing photography is normally part of an agent's marketing budget rather than something the seller is billed for separately, though some agents do pass it through in their listing presentation. Either way, the price on this page is the price.
It is a property video built from your listing photos instead of from video footage. The stills get cinematic motion, the cuts get pacing and transitions, and it comes back with music, finished for online and social. It looks like a listing video and it costs $125 more than Complete.
No. That is the whole point of it. The video comes out of the photos taken during the normal shoot, so there is no second appointment and no extra time at the property. If you want a video that is actually filmed on site, with drone footage and detail shots, that is the Signature package at $700.
Photos come back the next day on every package. The filmed video in the Signature package follows the photos, so you can get the listing live while the video is still in the edit.
I price off the total square footage on the listing, the same number that goes in the MLS. If a property is close to a size break, or you are not sure what the number is, text me the address before you book and I will check.
Broward County is home base: Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Plantation, Weston, Davie, Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Margate, Tamarac and Deerfield Beach. I also shoot north into Boca Raton and south into Miami. For yacht work, local pricing covers 50 miles from Fort Lauderdale.
