A reel is not a shorter listing video. It is a different piece of work with a different job: stop someone mid-scroll, hold them for twenty seconds, and leave them knowing who you are. The listing video sells the house. The reel sells you.

Two ways to get one

From a listing shoot. The Signature package at $700 comes back as a vertical or horizontal final cut, so the property video you already paid for is usable on Instagram and TikTok without cropping the house in half. If your listings are the content, this is the cheapest way to keep posting, because the filming is already happening.

As its own shoot. If the content is you rather than a property, that is the business video side: a One-Off Reel at $500, a Content Day at $1,200 for three videos filmed in one session, or Monthly Content at $2,000 a month for six. Concept, script, hook, on-camera direction, captions, graphics and music are in all three.

What agents actually post

The agents who get traction are not posting walkthroughs every day. They are posting a mix.

Listing hooks, which are ten to twenty seconds on the one thing about a property that is unusual. Market updates, which are you answering one question a buyer or seller asked you this week. Neighborhood tours, which are the reason somebody moves to Victoria Park instead of Weston. Agent introductions, which most people film once and use for a year. And process videos: what an inspection actually turns up, what a seller should fix and what they should not bother with.

The limit is never camera time. It is how many genuinely different things you have to say, which is why the batch packages exist.

How the filming works

We agree the topics and the opening lines before the shoot, so nothing gets invented on the spot. On the day I bring camera, lights and audio and direct you through it: where to look, when to start, and when a take is good. We shoot each line three or four times and use the one where you sound like yourself.

Everybody hates their first take. That is normal and it is planned for.

What comes back

Finished vertical files, cut, colored, captioned, with on-screen text and licensed music, plus caption text you can paste straight into the app. One round of revisions per video, so you can fix a name, a price or a line that landed wrong.

I do not post them for you. I deliver the files and the captions, and you or whoever runs your accounts does the posting.

Every price is on the pricing page. To talk through what you would actually film, book a discovery call or call or text (954) 798-4144.

Reels questions

What is a real estate reel?

A short vertical video, usually 20 to 60 seconds, cut for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. For a listing it is the walkthrough compressed to its best moments. For you it is a market update, a neighborhood tour or an agent introduction.

Can I get a reel from a listing shoot?

Yes. The Signature package comes back as a vertical or horizontal final cut, so the listing video is already usable on social. If you want reels about you rather than about a listing, that is the business video side at $500 for one or $1,200 for three.

How many reels should I post?

One a week is the honest floor for an agent trying to build an audience. That is why the batch packages exist: filming is the expensive part, so it is worth doing once and getting a month out of it.

Text is fastest.

Send the address, the square footage and the package you want. You will usually hear back within a few hours with a time.
